Городской Парк

Уважаемые друзья и гости парка!
К нам поступает множество ваших обращений. Отвечаем на ваши вопросы о будущем Городского парка — просто, честно и по делу.
1.  В этом году истёк срок аренды парка (договор аренды действовал с 1997 года). Мы подключились к этому договору в 2005-м году. Все, кто помнит те годы, помнят и то, в каком удручающем состоянии территория парка находилась в то время. 
2.  За 20 лет мы сделали парк лучшим в городе: ежегодно инвестировали в содержание и обновление инфраструктуры парка и аттракционных площадок, создали ухоженную зону отдыха с богатым животным и растительным миром, получили признание саратовцев и профессиональные награды.
3.  5 августа нами получено письмо администрации города, в котором впервые заявлены возражения о продолжении использования нами территории парка. Теперь у нас есть три месяца на то, чтобы завершить нашу деятельность и передать парк муниципалитету. Это небыстрый процесс, поскольку нужно решить множество вопросов об инфраструктуре парка и судьбе правомерно созданных на его территории объектов недвижимости. Пока диалог на эту тему не складывается. Даже предложение безвозмездно передать часть имущества, приобретенного нами на собственные средства, созданного либо реконструированного, не вызвало отклика у городской власти. 
Мы надеемся на то, что администрация города воздержится от незаконных действий по отношению к парку, даст саратовцам возможность отметить 90-летний юбилей парка, а детям – возможность провести остаток каникул в любимом месте отдыха.
